On December 11, 2020, Professor Jiao was invited to attend in the "2nd Xiamen International Environmental Protection Exhibition and Strait Environmental Protection Summit Forum", and delivered a keynote report of the conference "Implementing the Ocean "Negative Emission" Plan and Serving the National "Carbon Neutral" and "Strategy". With the theme of "Ecological Civilization, Healthy China", the forum brought together experts and scholars from both sides of the Taiwan Strait for academic exchanges.
